Terms and Conditions

Customer Support:

Please email MBodiedwear@gmail.com for customer service inquiries. All emails are answered in the order in which they are received. Emails are answered Monday - Friday 9am-5pm central standard time. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

 Local Pick-up/Delivery:

Currently our store is online ONLY. We do not offer in person pick-ups or delivery.

 Refund Policy:

All orders are final after they are placed. No changes can be made to an order after it has been placed. Please insure you verify all addresses and sizes prior to purchase.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Once your return is requested and instructions are provided for the return process to your email, you have 3 days to ship and provide tracking for the returned item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn /unused, and in original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at MBodiedwear@gmail.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A store credit will be issued, MINUS SHIPPING FEES, after the return is received and inspected. We do not offer MONETARY REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive email with store credit details. Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping (unless items are damaged or defective).

Absolutely no refunds will be made after your payment has cleared. Once purchase is made, it is non-refundable, but can be returned for store credit.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost of all returns. **Store credits are non-transferable and do not expire**

Damages and sizing issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you receive a defective item, we will replace item with the same item in the same size if available. If defective item is sold out, we will issue a store credit to include shipping fees available for use on a future purchase.

If the item(s) does not fit, you can request a return following the instructions above (under refund policy). We do not offer exchanges, however once you receive your store credit you can use that amount to repurchase the correct size.

Please note every item is carefully inspected prior to shipping. We have the right to decline any merchandise with signs of use and/or wear, if returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All flash sale items are final sale. The price of flash sale items are limited time prices that do not apply to previously purchased items. 

Shipping Times:

Please allow 5-7 business days after purchase for item(s) to be processed and shipped. *If your order contains a pre ordered item with in stock items, your entire order will ship once pre ordered item is in stock. 

Weekends and holidays are excluded from process and shipping days/times, so please take that into consideration when ordering items. Delivery time frames are an estimate. MBodied Active Wear LLC does not guarantee delivery dates.

After each order is shipped and tracking number is provided, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. MBodied Active Wear LLC is not responsible for lost packages or packages that show delivered within the shipping carriers system.
